Day 15 - Extra Time

As of today we are in ‘extra time’. I was able to book Rich & his studio for some more time (where the money will come from, I don’t know, but as long as this album will sound good, i’m fine with whatever – so you all better start buying this album 🙂 ) to be able to finish the album. The only downside to this is that Rich also had another client coming in to work on his album. This client is guitar player Joe Holmes, known for his work with Ozzy Osborne. And he is currently working on his solo album. He will be recording vocals all week and on one of the days, bass player Robert Trujillo (Metallica) will be recording his bass tracks.
So this means that I will be have to work around that. Luckily they are not working longer than 5 hours a day, so there is still enough time for me to work around them, only it will go on half speed.
So this coming week will consist of morning sessions from 10:00 until 15:00, and an occasional full day. I really hope that we can get this album finished asap, ‘cause I am ready to get out of here. So finally there is a little time for me to see the sun! 🙂
